- ANIMALS: Animals of any kind are NOT allowed. The tenant will be fined $200.00 per occurrence, if an animal is allowed into an apartment unit. A fee of $10.00 per day will be charged until the animal is removed.
- SMOKING: This is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Oak Park premises. A $300 fine may be accessed for any tenant, guest, and family member found smoking on the premises.
- DISTURBANCES: All noise including radios, TV sets, or any other noise making items, must be adjusted to a level that will respect the concerns of other residents.
- FLAMMABLES AND NO FLAMMABLES: No flammables such as wood smokers or explosives including kerosene, gasoline, butane, and other bottled gases are allowed within the premises.
- SALES: No yard or auction sales of any nature shall be permitted.
- WATERBEDS: No waterbeds are permitted on the premises.
- PARKING: Only one vehicle per tenant is permitted. All parking shall be in designated zones. No parking in driveways or on grass. Unauthorized parking, therefore blocking traffic or grass may result in a $50 fine.
- TRASH: All household trash is to be disposed of properly in designated dumpsters. At no time is trash to be left on the porch or anywhere on the premises except in these dumpsters. No trash shall be deposited anywhere within the premises accept in designated receptacles. This may result in a $50 fine.
- APPEARANCE:The hanging of rugs, laundry, towels, mops, articles of clothing, or any other items over window sills, railings, or common areas is forbidden.
- PORCHES: Only appropriate outdoor furniture and plants can be placed on porches. Management must approve any additional items. Any of these items, at any time can be deemed untasteful by the Management and a 24 hour notice will be sent to tenant. Each day after, if the items are not removed a $15.00 fee will be charged until they are removed.
- No mechanical work or oil changing of automobiles is allowed on the property. Inoperable vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
- No satellite dishes are allowed on the premises.
